I'm Emma, a Leader in Human Centred Design

With over a decade of experience in UX, content design, and research across private and public sectors, I specialise in leading teams through complex digital transformation. I set vision and strategy, embed accessibility and usability from the outset.

Throughout my career I have found there to be no perfect UX process. Every project is uniquely strange, every team has quirks, every client brings their own flavour of chaos. But the tools we have are what enable us to ship products people love

So talk to real humans (not just stakeholders), communicate clearly, collect problems, synthesise data simply, involve the team, prototype quickly, fail fast, test with actual users, and iterate constantly.
